In this class we spoke about what interception(looking in yourself) and retrosception (looking outside/around you) is necessary?
I believe that designing starts with observing and reflecting on yourself and things that are going around you.
To understand this in a better way we took the example of an iceberg. What we see of ourself is the tip of the iceberg. We see what is above the water(30%) and not what us below the water(70%). What others see of us is only 10-15% of what we are.
After this we spoke about the metaphors we wrote which is depended on our behaviour/feelings/emotions, past events, thoughts/patterns, belief/structure and values/state of mind.
