In this session we revised about the basics of gestalt and then we understood how masking is used in illustrator.
Masking is the non destructive method of editing. They are of two types : clipping mask and opacity mask. We also learnt the concept of vectorizing an image which means converting a raster image into a vector image as per our need.
We understood image tracing and how it saves our time. First we select an image and then apply image tracing. After this we can change the colours, pixels and other details of the image according to our requirements.
