IMAGING [27-08-2019] JAI SIR

This was a revision class and we revised everything that we were taught in illustrator. Everything on the left of the screen are the tools and on the right are the panels. To open a new panel we have to select it from window or object.

Here are some of the tools we learnt and what functions it can perform –

  10. ERASER TOOL : changes path form and modify it
  11. SCISSORS TOOL : separates path and creates new anchor points
  12. KNIFE TOOL : divides the object in different parts{select path and drag, cut an object all the way through}
  13. WIDTH TOOL : allows to play with the shapes’ width{does not work on fill, works on a path}
