This was a revision class and we revised everything that we were taught in illustrator. Everything on the left of the screen are the tools and on the right are the panels. To open a new panel we have to select it from window or object.
Here are some of the tools we learnt and what functions it can perform –
- SELECTION TOOL(V) : select/move objects around
- DIRECT SELECTION TOOL(A) : manipulate an object
- SHAPE TOOL : makes basic shapes
- PEN TOOL(P) : creates lines

- SCISSORS TOOL : separates path and creates new anchor points

- PUCKER TOOL : squeezes a path
