We started off this class by discussing about our linear drawings and how we can draw an object in a simplified way in linear drawing.
After this we started with foliages. We got various types of leaves, stems and flowers amd stated drawing them.
To make this easier I took a picture of the flowers for reference and then drew it. We used various shading techniques to show light, shade and shadow and give our drawing a realistic look. The different rendering techniques I used are : shading, stipling, microtip/ball point pen to draw.
I think the main challenge that all of us faced was to make it look natural and adding proper light, shade and shadow. I’ve tried my very best to accomplish this and here are some of my drawings.
