We started off this class by learning about why did we do this exercise and what do we learn from this.
According to me, the essay that I had written helped me to accept myself for who I am. It helped me to do a SWOT analysis of my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It is very important to know who you are because you are entering the world of creative visualisation. The work we do reflects who we are. It is necessary to learn to work with yourself.
This also gave me a chance to sit and think about myself and honestly write about myself.
