In this class, we started digitising our zine. I mainly decided to use illustrator and a little photoshop to digitise my zine.
I placed my picture on illustrator, image traced it, expanded it and then filled colour. All this looked easy but was quite time consuming. This helped me understand image tracing even better and I also understood how different colours go with each other. I even changed the appearances and put shadow at some places.
I used various shapes to modify my drawings and make complicated figures with simple shapes. I used the eye dropper tool to get the exact colours at different places. I made new searches and group for the various colours that I wanted to use and would go together. I even played with the opacity of different colours.
